Luka: Is she incompetent?
Deraad: She's not psychotic. She understands not having the C-section can endanger her baby.
Luka: You mean kill it.
Deraad: She's willing to risk it.
Luka: It's no risk. She wants it to happen. She stabbed herself.
Deraad: You have no evidence.
Luka: She's a danger to others.
Deraad: Who?
Luka: The baby.
Deraad: Doesn't count. It's still her body. Is the C-section needed for her?
Luka: There has to be a point. Is it?
Deraad: No. Without a court order, you can't touch her.
